Job Description:
- Addition & deletion of staff in social security & EOBI monthly.
- Coordinate with accounts & finance department for timely payment of social security & EOBI.
- Book tickets and arrange accommodation for management & staff.
- Prepare overtime summary and expense claims as per policy.
- Manage and procure stationary, office supplies and grocery on monthly basis.
- Liaison with admin consultant for legal and government related concerns.
- Able to handle petty cash.
- Coordinate & follow up with maintenance & construction department for repair & maintenance.
- Coordinate with support staff for office cleanliness.
Requirement:
- Minimum 6 months of related experience.
