Job Description:

• He/She will be responsible to meet the marketing objectives of the hospital. Perform duty as per duty roster/requirement of the hospital
• Observe punctuality and discipline
• He/She will plan and implement for increasing donors/funding on continuous basis in a step ladder fashion
• Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
• Work with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
• Approve and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
• Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
• Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or services
• Track all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
• Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies, balancing firm objectives and customers satisfaction
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction
• Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing deparment
• Oversee the company's marketing budget
• Prepare online and print marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
