Job Description:
The ideal applicant must be:
- Expert proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel and comfort with large data sets.
- Proficient in SQL /My SQL.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, optimize statistical efficiency and data quality and provide ongoing reports. Complete projects that require data mining, analysis, and presentation.
- Ability to identify data trends for forecasting and KPI setting.
- Prepare reports and Dashboards (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, etc.) to track remediation of issues on ongoing basis.
- Analyze the business unit’s activities, trends and compares analyses against the service standards and best practices. Present findings and works with the leaders to identify and implement strategies that will address tactical and strategic goals.
Qualification & Experience:
- Work Timings: Evening shift
- Experience: at least 1-2 years hands on experience on MySQL.
