Job Description:
  • Working and coordinating with the Operations team 
  • Handling Career services clients and managing customer queries 
  • Handling Career services inbox - All Job seeker queries related all job seeker products 
  • Managing Elite/ Premium subscriptions 
  • Dealing with Payments and Refunds for JS services 
  • Handling livechat and reporting data 
  • Assisting CV Services team with CV builder uploads and/ or CV order deliveries 
  • Lead assignments to Relationship Managers
  • Exceptional English communication skills
It's an operations role and candidates will be communicating with jobseekers (all sorts) over email.
