Job Description:
- Working and coordinating with the Operations team
- Handling Career services clients and managing customer queries
- Handling Career services inbox - All Job seeker queries related all job seeker products
- Managing Elite/ Premium subscriptions
- Dealing with Payments and Refunds for JS services
- Handling livechat and reporting data
- Assisting CV Services team with CV builder uploads and/ or CV order deliveries
- Lead assignments to Relationship Managers
- Exceptional English communication skills
It's an operations role and candidates will be communicating with jobseekers (all sorts) over email.
