We offer one year training program, in which MTOs get exposure to all departments on rotation for the duration of 2 weeks each and then get associated with their core department, as per study back ground for 36 weeks. Upon successful completion of the training program and performance of the MTO, company may offer the opportunity to apply for permanent employment.
