• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements and analyzing solutions to be implemented
• 55% expertise in IT and 45% expertise in Accounting
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office products especially Microsoft Excel 2016 and 2019.
• Should be an expert in CRM solutions; Suite CRM (Module Building, Security Access Group Management).
• Should have an in depth knowledge on IT ticketing system (Deployment, Troubleshooting).
• The Candidate should have an above average knowledge of Data Mining, ETL, SQL and Odoo.
• The candidate to be fluent in Microsoft Power BI as well as Quick books Premier Accountant 2019.
• Working closely with departmental heads for requirement gathering
• Average knowledge on Documentation Management System and Asana Software.
• Average knowledge and skills on Data Visualization, data analytics, data modelling, Research and Development and basic budgeting.
