Requirements:
- 3-5 years of management experience in operations with a high focus on high volumes
- Proven record of experience in managing a team
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Self-learner mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Prior experience in start-up is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and track KPIs to improve home chefs operations performance
- Focus on reducing fail rates, improving profitability and the competitive pricing landscape within the food delivery industry
- Analyze and track KPIs to ensure smooth progress and high achievement across multiple operational KPIs
- Proactively propose new strategies to improve set-up and eradicate repetitive issues
- Work closely with all stakeholders to optimize operations and resolve issues in order to drive vendors efficiency
- Maintain a weekly check as to whether the team is improving and take appropriate actions
- Prepare and present monthly financial review
