Rnaging from 25-30,000/- based on Communication Skills plus 5,000/- would be performance based incentives
Job Description:
- Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
