Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in franchise sales
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the business partner in managing franchise operations which will include Car wash from designated washing station, taking pictures of the car and uploading pictures on shared drive
- Create car ads on online platforms with a description that can make a good sales pitch
- Create car supply using available resources for the franchise as and when required
- Manage leads over the phone and convince customer to visit the franchise
- Create a welcoming environment for customers when they visit the franchise
- Upsell value added services such as Insurance, Warranty, Car finance, Tracker
- Regularly interact with all relevant teams and skillfully build effective relationships.
Who are we looking for:
- Proven track record of customer services and coordination experience
- Very fluent in using social media sites and basic computer programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Auto industry knowledge will be an advantage.
