Job Description
- To perform routine tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
- To ensure that backup of departmental record both in hard and computerized form are properly maintained
- To develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the assigned task(s)
- Ensure proper planning, scheduling & coordination within & across Directorate/Department
- To maintain confidentiality related to his/her work assignments, records and follow professional ethical standards
- Ability to manage effective and efficient correspondence within and outside the Directorate/Department
- Any other task assigned by Management
