Job Description:
- Implementation of the M&E system at district level, working closely with other project staff, partners and provide progress updates to Manager M&E.
- Monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output
- Serve as the primary point person for all monitoring and evaluation related work.
- Monitor and evaluate overall district progress and achievement of results
- Provide feedback to the Manager M&E on project strategies and activities
- Suggest improvements in data collection instruments (both quantitative and qualitative) and maintain a results database to aggregate data
- Participate in project reviews and planning workshops at district level and assist Manager M&E in preparing relevant reports
- Assist in coordinating across all the components of the project to ensure effective implementation of M&E/MIS
- Assist Manager M&E in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations
