Job Description:

  • Note important remarks from Supplier/Customers emails in Excel sheet
  • Place emails of customers and suppliers in respective folders
  • Manage Inquiry numbers & Issue new inquiry numbers to commercial team
  • Keep record of all email & whatsapp communication with customer in Excel sheet
  • Follow up the shipments from China & Italy
  • Follow up Internal Commission Calculation Process
  • Reconcile commissions with Accounts department
