Job Description:
- Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Package Details
Basic:Rs.30,000/- per month
Incentive:Rs.5000/- Performance based incentive
Shift Timings: Rotational (Morning,Evening,Night)
Working days: 6days a week one day will be of and it can be any day.
