Responsibilities:
- Managing the whole e-commerce operation.
- Hiring and management of e-commerce staff.
- Planning and execution of e-commerce digital marketing.
- Prepare product recommendations and proposals for digital marketing team based on available inventory, excess as well as top selling products.
- Work with the customer service team to improve customer experience.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
