Job Decription:
- Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Participating and representing Promotional activities such as trade events, expos etc.
- Monitoring competitor’s activity, market research and analysis.
- To increase specific and general survey of existing customer base and new projects in market.
