Job Requirements:
- Must have done internship in related field of at least 4-6 weeks
- Should have considerable knowledge of HR practices.
- Should have tendency towards learning and coming up with unique employee benefits programs/ options that are in-line with business requirement and employee(s) satisfaction.
- Should be interested and willing to carry market survey/ research related to salary & benefits trends.
- Computer literate, should know how to operate various applications and software for the storage and reporting of personnel data.
