Timings: 6 pm - 3 am PST/ 9 am – 6 pm EST
Job Description:
- Use database tools to pull candidates from the client's Database for any/all searches.
- Use Boolean searches/keyword searches to find candidates in Indeed, CATS, LinkedIn and any other systems used.
- Generate strategic call sheets of candidates for targeted searches.
- Enter all new candidates into CATS and enter any relevant notes regarding candidate first impressions.
- Post jobs on the client's online job boards, monitor and manage applicants.
- Review all incoming candidates from job postings and evaluate for quality. Move to the call sheet if qualified
- Assist in any other recruiting efforts as needed.
