Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage administrative operations of departments Nationwide.
• Develop and implement administrative functions to monitor business operations.
• Manage and direct the activities of the staff in an administrative set-up.
• Interact with other department heads in managing the entire administrative operations in all regions.
• Manage and Supervise reports on expenses, office budgets and other expenditures and payment coordination with the finance department.
• Lead on databases and organize a filing system for company documents.
• Supervise travel arrangement for employees i.e. Book hotels, flights, meeting rooms as per requirements.
• Support all stakeholders and monitor all asset related queries; ordering; allocation of all new assets i.e. laptops, mobiles, Sims, Internets etc.
• Monitor periodic maintenance of all Head Offices, Regional Offices, Warehouses, Purchase Centers.
• Visits to different regions to help and motivate the team.
• Maintain vendor landlord communication, management with our respective locations.

What are we looking for

• 3 to 4 years of experience working in the Admin department in any firm.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
• Should have analytical skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, Knowledge of Public Relations etiquette.
• Should have the lead tracking mechanism skills and MS office skills.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
