Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Source top talent candidates using a variety of outlets such as job postings, social media and technical databases.
- Perform the initial screening of candidates and schedule all interviews with all stakeholders involved.
- Work closely with managers to manage the requirements and expectations for the open vacancies.
- Develop and sustain a strong working relationship with all stakeholders.
- Record all material and data used for recruitment, including notes and salary surveys.
- Provide timely and accurate data to maintain recruiting metrics.
- Develop and manage a qualified pool of technical candidates for a variety of roles, developing a relationship with prospective talent.
- Leverage GenITeam candidate experience by maintaining relationships with candidates at all stages of the recruitment cycle.
- Recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent and competitive recruiting techniques to stay competitive.
HR Administration:
- Perform electronic and paper record keeping of employee documents.
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
- Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal
HR Branding:
- Researching the talent market to find relevant audiences.
- Setting up recruiting events.
- Developing engagement programs.
- Participate in Job Fairs, tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
- Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand.
- Social Media Management: Post content related to Job Vacancies, company’s events, team achievements etc. and respond to comments and queries.
HR Management:
- Handle internal and external inbound HR inquiries.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
- Be ready to take up any other HR related responsibilities that may come up.
- Maintaining HR database.
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of proven work experience preferably in the IT sector.
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly computer literate, with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and basic knowledge of Labor Laws.
