Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Maintain and update existing software
- Create and deliver high quality code for new features
- Continue and expand the existing testing/QA framework
- Collaborate with the business team to appropriately scope and schedule deliverables
- Verify that releases are performing optimally across queries, APIs, and infrastructure
- Perform code reviews for other developers’ work
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
- Knowledge of AWS (Basic)
- BS in computer science or related, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with scheduling/lesson systems a plus
- Familiarity with React is helpful but not required
