Job Description:
- Supporting Screening Advisors in processing the screening & on-boarding of new joiners and existing staff Ensuring worker suitability including eligibility to work, identification, experience, skills, and criminal record checks
- Ensuring 100% accuracy of on-boarding and compliance checks in line with the screening standard whilst consistently meeting the contractual SLAs
- Ensuring swift resolutions and responsible action is taken to avoid business & reputational risk when adverse screening results occur to
- To consistently deliver a proactive efficient service
- Ensure the required reporting tools are kept up to date and 100% accurate for client & internal managerial review
- Diligence in the completion of supporting administrative tasks whilst seeking effective process changes to improve the department’s performance within the company
- Manage a personal workload of confidential files and undertake or arrange appropriate searches and retrieval of relevant information for per-employment checks
- To maintain data and personnel records in a compliant, confidential, and professional manner, protecting the rights of the individual
- Review, retain and dispose of records and information under the guidelines of the relevant legislation. Collation of figures for Management
- Liaising with other Screening colleagues
