Job Description:
- Development of New accounts to fill the gap of dry areas.
- Conversion of competition outlets in Pepsi exclusive or mix & mix outlets into Pepsi Exclusive while ensuring profitable sales.
- Retention of Pepsi outlets while ensuring minimum cost.
- To ensure Pepsi product are available on most prominent place of the shop.
- To ensure Proper merchandizing of the outlet.
- To ensure full utilization of advertising material on the shop. I.e. Shelf talker, Gondolas. And it should be placed on Eye catching position and should comply with company parameters.
- To ensure Pepsi chillers are placed on the most prominent place of the shop and merchandized as per planogram. No other company poster placed on our chillers.
- To Keep Advertisement & Chillers intact through advertising & MEM department.
- To ensure the availability of all the SKUs on the outlet.
- To ensure Pepsi product available on all the outlets.
- To ensure the implementation of Company price / Promos on trade.
- To report all kind of competition activities timely.
- Any other task assigned by Sales Manager
Experience Required:
- 2-3 Years relevant experience
- Relevant FMCG industry sales experience must
Compensation Package
40K-45K + 40K Incentive target based, 5K Fuel Allowance, Bike
