- MBA, BBA or Master in HR (Having 3 & above CGPA)
- 06 month internship or experience have knowledge in OD
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and decision – making skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to complete tasks
