Focus, Scope, & Impact:

Being the guardian to make sure path to purchases (both online and offline) are seamlessly integrated and all content of the brand on afore-mentioned consumer and shopper journeys remain true to the essence of the brand. This role will translate imagination into awe inspiring consumer/shopper facing content
Create consumer and shopper content for global campaigns and experiences through IMX resources and external partners, including Innovation launch projects
Provide input into allowable localization to Global IMX Campaigns
Provide thought leadership in alignment with Global Creative Strategy and IMX to support Operating units content development
Objectives of the Consumer and Shopper Content Lead include short-term execution and long-term strategy focus on shopper and consumer marketing priorities and supporting global marketing campaigns

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience Significant brand content development experience including leading a direct team
  • Experience developing national big campaigns
  • Preference for some experience developing non-conventional communication plans, with focus on digital marketing and story doing
  • Experience collaborating with various high stakeholders
  • FMCG experience
