Job Description:
- Answering customer inquiries, entering and successfully processing orders.
- Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution.
- Helps in expediting orders as required.
- Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
- Capture clients’ comments and feedback regarding market trends and pricing.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
- Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
- Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Sales, customer support and follow up through telephone, chat email along with interdependent coordination.
Skills Required:
- The resource must be fluent in English language.
- The resource should have confident personality.
- Should have ability to meet his monthly sales target.
- Working effectively in a team environment to meet goals and objectives.
- Should have experience of US, UK, Canadian & Australian campaigns.
- Outbound and inbound call center experience would be added value.
Experience:
- Fresh - 3 years of experience in call center industry.
