Job Description:
- Provide project specific information to all walk- ins/inbounds and explain project features.
- Convert walk-ins/inbounds to customers and complete the required sales documentation.
- Cold calling clients and pitching them the projects.
- Increase business by following up on potential leads.
- Maintain and update the statuses of leads via CRM.
- Provide reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
- Maintain relationships with clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
