Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Head of Sales to achieve accelerated growth goals.
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
• Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, referrals etc.
• Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
• Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
• Assist in launching new locations for MUNCH:ON and foster their continued growth.
Requirements:
• Data-driven/ data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
• Deep understanding of user behavior
• Social with great customer relations skills with a focus on customer experience
• A/B testing and data analytic experience
• Editing and copywriting skills
• Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing
• Technical knowledge in SQL & HTML is preferred
• Experience with growth hackings tools such as Optimizely for A/B Testing. MailChimp, Sendgrid etc. for email marketing campaigns. HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing purposes. Zapier to automate workflows. (generally, knowledge of tools that will get the job done effectively)
• Python & R would be an asset but not required
