Job Brief
To acquire, manage & grow vendor / brand partner relationships for our portal, across diverse retail categories, specifically focusing on brand / vendors based in Lahore / Punjab region.
Responsibilities
- Identify brands / vendor appropriate for our portal and pitch them to come onboard.
- Facilitate onboarding including negotiating Vendor Agreements, rates, payment terms etc.
- Build strong deep relationships with brand / vendors across the hierarchy to ensure smoth & mutually profitable relationships.
- Focus on broadening the relationships & enhancing collaboration with vendor / brand partners on continuous basis.
- Collect market intel to know about new & upcoming brands.
- Provide monthly update to vendors on sales & customer data.
- Investigate user problems, identify issues, causes and resolve those amicably without any damage to the relationship.
- Come up with ideas on improving our product offering like new categories, new functionalities, based on vendor feedback.
