What does it require to be Territory Sales Supervisor?
- Visits the market daily to conduct spot check/retail audits on stock availability
- Focuses on channel footprint expansion and improvement in KPI (minimum balance, retailer servicing for Jazz Cash and Voice)
- Focuses on Optimal utilization of Trade Marketing spend
- Ensure retail and distribution network development-by engaging Franchise staff and DO
What are we looking for?
- Someone who has already delivered on challenging products
- Meets assigned targets end to end
- Strengthens and develops the channel
- Who can work on the achievement of monthly KPI targets such as jazz cash Wallet Activation, Post-paid and Prepaid sales, Remittances, and cash in, MNP, etc.
