Responsibilities
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees,
clients and other external partners
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing emails,
drafting memos, proposals and preparing presentations.
Schedule meetings with the client for sales, strategy,
marketing and partnerships. Write MoM (minutes of
meeting) and follow-up on progress through email or call.
Doing intensive product research and searching competitors
to come up with future user stories for the product
Requirements
Knowledge of Fintech , blockchain, crypto, and NFTs would
be a plus.
Good amount of knowledge of Jira, Slack, Canva, Microsoft
Office, Whimsical, Figma, Asana would be a plus.
Verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Should be proactive, organised, problem solver, and
decision-maker.
