Fast Services is seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound calls, and targeted email campaigns
- Understand customer needs to effectively position and sell our solutions
- Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales executives for advanced engagement
- Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and drive revenue
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone presence with the ability to make high-volume calls
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Bachelor’s degree/BBA/BS or equivalent work experience
Preference will be given to those candidates having experience of Product sales of FMCG & Restaurant POS software solutions.
