Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers to inform them about our services.
- Answer questions about our service and the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Auto Shipping Broker or in a similar sales/customer service role
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills
Shift timings: 6 pm till 3 am
Criteria: Fresh Graduates
Salary Package: 45 to 50K plus commission and bonuses.
