OCLP at UMT has been organizing Career Fair past many years annually. Job or Career Fair is an event that is organized to help employers at a convenient location to meet, select and hire the best prospective job seeker for their organization. Career Fair includes company or organization tables or booths where resumes can be collected and business cards can be exchanged. If possible, preliminary interviews are also conducted on the spot.
Attending a Career Fair not only increases your chance to get hired, but also helps in expanding your contact network. It helps you to connect with the corporate world and gives you an opportunity to investigate the positions occupations and career fields that you could pursue in accordance with your majors and academic background.
