Requirement

  • Responsible for maintaining recruitment and selection notes and administrative records for each post.
  •  Prepare new employee files according to the instructions of the CO HR.
  • Provide orientation to the new employees in the organization
  • Ensure the regular updating of their records based on personnel
  • movements (end of probationary period, promotion, termination, resignation).
  •  Keep personnel files of all staff up to date (Contains all joining documents i.e. Offer Letter, ZOHO, Initial Contract, Educational documents, Experience letters etc)
  • Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day workflow of subordinate staff in the department.
  • As requested by the Manager, conducts or assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Assists the Manager with employment actions, including discipline in accordance with company policy.

Timing:

11:00 AM-7:00 PM
