Requirement
- Responsible for maintaining recruitment and selection notes and administrative records for each post.
- Prepare new employee files according to the instructions of the CO HR.
- Provide orientation to the new employees in the organization
- Ensure the regular updating of their records based on personnel
- movements (end of probationary period, promotion, termination, resignation).
- Keep personnel files of all staff up to date (Contains all joining documents i.e. Offer Letter, ZOHO, Initial Contract, Educational documents, Experience letters etc)
- Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day workflow of subordinate staff in the department.
- As requested by the Manager, conducts or assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Assists the Manager with employment actions, including discipline in accordance with company policy.
Timing:
11:00 AM-7:00 PM
