QMCC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate for:
Position Title: HR Executive
Experience: 1-2 years
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the HR department in various administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the HR team in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes by screening interview calls, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Assisting in the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring all necessary documents are completed.
Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases
Responding to employee inquiries and providing administrative support to the HR team
Supporting the HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed, and any other task assigned by HR Department
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
