Role
This role will assist with the business development efforts from a marketing and sales perspective and a target-driven job.
Reporting to Matrix Manager.
Accountabilities

Meeting the annual sales target
Cold calling, developing business, and closing the deal with prospective clients (KPIs-driven accountabilities)
Identify new avenues of growth for the business
Developing a marketing plan and executing them to perfection
Summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs
Develop aesthetically appealing presentations with simple data interpretation
Relationship Management with local and foreign clients for effective communication
Presentation of results to the clients
Make decisions that have larger business impact
Knowledge and Skills
Executive – Client Excellence Position:
- Interested in a sales-oriented profession
- BBA/MBA from a reputed institute. Candidate with an A-Level background will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Marketing Research is a must
- Strong analytical and curious mind
- Great negotiation & persuasion skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Slide.
- Strong business acumen and good knowledge of the marketing concepts
- Knowledge of social media management/content writing
- Track record of meeting targets would be a plus
