This job is responsible for coordinating with Sales Head and Product owners to understand product implementation.
Writing documents, designing presentations, preparing demos, contacting potential customers/ partners, foreseeing future marketing trends and brainstorming on new features
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related engineering fields

Or if you have 1-2 years of proven experience in software pre-sales process within the Contact Center Technologies

Knowledge of contact center technologies, Cloud Contact Center platforms, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, Call Center call flows etc.

Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, excel, project, Visio and PPT)

Experience in analysis of requirements, proposal preparation, responding to RFPs / demos, and conducting POCs

Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Flexibility and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple work assignments
