Job Description:
- Maintain employee files and update data base for all regions.
- Handling recruitment processes (Candidate search, shortlisting and scheduling, interviewing and onboarding) by Posting adds on different mediums for the vacant positions for central, south & north region
- Conduct Hiring Process (send data to RL for Contract Letter issuing, filing Joining Pack, Back Hand Check and bank account opening data providing)
- Process Payroll
- Final Settlements and clearance- Coordination with Levis Officials for Salaries, Incentives and FNF on monthly basis for the invoice
- Conduct Exit Interviews
- Responsible for bank Account opening
- Taking care of employee health insurance. EOBI and Social Security registrations
- Providing support on disciplinary, grievance issues Employee relation etc.
