Job Description:

  • Maintain employee files and update data base for all regions.
  • Handling recruitment processes (Candidate search, shortlisting and scheduling, interviewing and onboarding) by Posting adds on different mediums for the vacant positions for central, south & north region
  • Conduct Hiring Process (send data to RL for Contract Letter issuing, filing Joining Pack, Back Hand Check and bank account opening data providing)
  • Process Payroll
  • Final Settlements and clearance- Coordination with Levis Officials for Salaries, Incentives and FNF on monthly basis for the invoice
  • Conduct Exit Interviews
  • Responsible for bank Account opening
  • Taking care of employee health insurance. EOBI and Social Security registrations
  • Providing support on disciplinary, grievance issues Employee relation etc.
