Job description:
- Prepare and design Job advertisement and post on social media.
- CV downloading and screening as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews while coordinating Line Managers.
- Prepare documentation of new hiring and initial briefing to new entrants.
- Compile and update employee records (hard & soft copies).
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
