Job description:

  • Manage nationwide talent acquisition for all departments. .
  • Understanding the departmental requirements of resources while mapping the right fit in the market and developing strategies to attract the right talent.
  • Use the available platforms (such as BambooHR, Rozee, Linkedin) efficiently to reach out to the potential applicants and ensure that relevant individuals apply at CarFirst.
  • Carefully review and shortlist applicants’ profiles and conduct telephonic screening in order to evaluate the candidates’ technical and behavioral attributes.
  • Schedule interviews with the relevant line manager and invite candidates to the office for in-person interviews.
  • Ensure that the candidates have a pleasant experience during their interaction with CarFirst.
