Duties and Responsibilties:
- Accurately processing all contracts, extensions or amendments received, ensuring that service level agreements are met and maintained
- Responding appropriately to all emails received, offering assistance to agencies or other departments where necessary
- Returning contracts to agencies
- Fielding all internal and external telephone calls to the department, resolving queries and providing support
- Responding to agency feedbacks via the OCP system
- Creating new end client contracts/’small agency without terms’ contracts and returning to the appropriate party
- A thorough working knowledge of the Agency Workers Regulations and ES Admin’s policies and processes with regards to this
- Taking responsibility for personal workload, including following up queries, on hold contracts and requests for AWR information
- Authorising and signing contracts received in line with our agreed turnaround times.
- General administration including filing and shredding
- Complying with company Information Security and Quality policies
