Job Description:
- Create and implement sponsorship guidelines for corporate sponsorships.
- Develop sponsorship packages for educational courses, community projects, and annual conferences.
- Responsible for planning, implementation, execution, and tracking of sponsorships.
- Interface with Internet Marketing to create and manage online sponsorship portals.
- Create an annual fundraiser plan to meet the financial targets given by the Department of Accounts and Finance.
- Plan and organize annual fundraising events.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to enhance fundraising efforts.
- Regular meetings with donors and partner organizations.
- Prepare and send quarterly organizational progress reports to donors and partner organizations through direct mail and email campaigns.
- Identify and explore donor pools. Develop alliances with other organizations.
- Write, submit, and track grant proposals.
- Submit plans, forecasts, and progress reports to the Chief Operating Officer; provide briefings to others as necessary or as requested.
Job Requirements:
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable university with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Experience of working in the Marketing and Public Relations Department in a not-for-profit organization or a healthcare institution or a pharmaceutical company.
- Experience of working on fundraising/sponsorships/grants projects in a managerial position (Executive, Assistant Manager, Manager).
- The minimum work experience of two (02) years is required.
