Job Roles
- Organize and maintain the attendance sheet of staff through biometric system.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Executive Officer, the Chairman, and the Board through phone, email, and mail.
- Coordinate the functioning of Department of Services and Maintenance with the CEO (Kitchen section, Transport section, Cleanliness section, Repair and maintenance section, Inventory section).
- Coordinate, and organize employee retreats.
- All regular office tasks assigned by the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Executive Officer.
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
- Master's Degree from a reputable university with a minimum CGPA of 3.0. A degree in Management Studies will be preferred.
- Experience of working for an executive position in an administrative department. Experience of working with the CEO/Head of the Organization will be preferred.
- The minimum work experience of two (02) years is required.

- Monday - Friday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM)
