Duties and Responsibilities:

• Negotiations with relevant authorities.
• Assist in the management of developments from concept through the completion of different projects & sites.
• Take ownership of distinct elements of the design, planning and completion of sites.
• Support financial management including feasibility, budgets and forecasts for properties.
• Contributing to different purchase and marketing activities for sites.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective stakeholders.
• Develop, implement and manage a formal vendor evaluation for business sites.
