IKS Logics is working as an organization providing Software Development Services to its clients and we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Business Development Executive to help us expand our customer base.
Hired resource will be working as the face of the company while creating and applying a compelling business development road map.
The ultimate objective would be to maintain a favorable business growth by improving sales and gradually shaping excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a database for potential prospects.
- Develop connections with potential clients and produce new business opportunities.
- Writing propositions for generating new business leads.
- Build an understanding of organizational services and products.
- Form strong relationships with new clients and maintain them for the existing clients.
- Create & improve business development strategies to enhance client satisfaction and business accumulation.
- Organize meetings with potential prospects.
- Coordinate with the client and the technical teams to ensure project understanding to generate nearly accurate estimations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated working experience as a business development executive or a relevant role.
- Validated sales track record.
- Excellent communication skills in English. (Both written and oral.)
- Expertise in MS Office Suite and a CRM software.
- Presentation and mediation skills.
- Well organized and self-managed.
- A very good listener to gather well-defined requirements without ambiguities.
