As a part of this team, you will identify new prospects, research industry trends, create a needs-based solution, and close sales.

Requirements:

• Must have good communication skills.
• Active listening skills with the ability to build trust and establish rapport.
• Experience developing new business relationships with small, medium, and large-scale businesses.
• Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of expressing various thoughts via email/chat. Should be able to provide complete and sensible responses
• Ability to work night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate products using features and benefits.
• Negotiate and properly handle objections with customers.
• Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of products and services to meet the customers’ needs
• Provide customers with a positive sales and service experience.
