Job Description:

•  Advertise vacancies on all major job posting sites, Rozee, Indeed, Olx and on our social media platforms.
• Responsible for generation of  Talent Pools, ensuring the requisite competencies as defined in JDs & JSs of particular positions.
• Responsible for initial shortlisting of candidates, keeping in view the approved competency model (KSA).
• Responsible for onboarding the new joiners, preparation of orientation plans in coordination with functional departments & liaising with various departments for smooth employee assimilation in organizational culture.
• Responsible to keep & analyze important personal data in Personal files & Excel templates.
• Manage all employee engagement activities such as Birthday Celebrations, Birthday Wishes, and Events.
• Coordination with “Placement Offices” of all universities of Pakistan for “Job Fairs” and “Recruitment Drives” arrangements.
