Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage ERP application deployed at company.
• Responsible to develop/Modify existing Crystal Report using Stored Procedures in SQL Server
• Responsible to analyze complex issues and information relating to complex databases and reports, including reports containing sub-reports and many parameters.
• Responsible to develop and troubleshoot complex SQL statements used to obtain data in support of existing and developed reports.
• Responsible to Design & Develop Dashboards
• Responsible to provide ERP frontend support
• Responsible for ERP user’s management & Authorizations.
• Provide technical assistance and support to Business users for upcoming queries and issues related to ERP, Computer Systems, Software, LAN, WAN, Internet and Hardware.
• Participate in or Lead to resolve and root cause analysis of Problems facing by Business Users.
• Responsible for proactively communicating upcoming infrastructure changes to management and working with the workforce to smooth transitions and decrease any negative impact on Business.
• Provides On-Site / Remote Access diagnoses and resolution of IT related Issues
• Researches, Analyzes, Develops and Documents new Business Processes and Procedures to implement to Fulfil business future requirement
• Serves as Technical Expert providing support to Helpdesk staff.
