Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting HR-BP in performing all HR functions like recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee relations, employees’ database & files management and payroll.
  • Maintain and update complete record of all employees, Decibel entries, Payroll data, insurance registration for all SDL – Processing & SDL Farm employees.
  • Manage attendance of an employee during the month; answer all the queries with resolution for the smooth transaction of the payroll at the end of the month.
  • Provide EOBI & Social Security Facility to all labor and permanent staff by registering them on EOBI portal.
  • Assist HR-BP in pre-employment activities including shortlisting of candidates & lining up interview for different tier levels at plant & HO.
  • Assist HR-BP in post –employment activities like, Joining of new employees at plant, SDL employee’s cards for their identification, arrangement of benefits (Sim, Laptop, Fuel Cards), processing of initial payroll.
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Assist HR-BP in processing of employee’s transfers/ terminations/resignations/ Confirmations as per company requirements.
  • Timely report all employee insurance fluctuation; addition, deletion and change to the insurance company and maintain data into the system.
  • Monitor and supervise all personnel activities of time Office for SDL – Processing & SDL – Farm).
  • Deal with medical insurance regarding new registration, addition/deletion of employees and medical claims recovery and maintain up to date record.
  • Assist HR-BP for working on performance management system & annual increments.
  • Assist HR-BP in managing employee engagement activities.
  • Manage the activities of the compensation and reward; timely process the request of employees and maintain employee data into the system based on the documentation, clearance of resigned employees.
