Project Description:
- Develop Job Descriptions by observation and engagement with tasks of whole organization
- Develop Job Responsibility through keen understanding of tasks and their core requirements
- Propose an organogram
Due to prevailing coronavirus situation, the students are to bring and use their own PPE’s at all times
This task is time barded to 2 months where these students will be visiting specific areas of the factory premises, and furnishing the above requirements to the best of their knowledge and understanding. A final presentation will be delivered to the top management of the company of their findings and recommendations.
